The Natural Resources Conservation Service issues a periodic update on the water supply and precipitation situation over the entire western United States. This is updated late Wednesday afternoon. This is a VERY good summary of the weather and water situation in the West.

The Idaho Agricultural Statistics Service, in cooperation with the National Weather Service and the Western Regional Climate Center, issue a weekly weather and crop bulletin. This is available each Monday during the crop season.
