This page links you with several pages of reference materials that may be useful. This is mostly older material and references that are nice to be able to find.
Formulas for computing relative humidity and other atmospheric moisture variables are widely available. However, it is usually easier to use these formulae and accept a small amount of error. These two spreadsheets have some useful tables or formulae if you do not like entering the formulae yourself.. The El Paso NWS site also has these formule.
Rick Allen, UI in Kimberly, has assembled a nice list of evapotranspiration references, contacts and web sites.Yoiu may need some of these physical constants and conversion factors.
These are some general references about climate that you may find useful, now or some future time.This list of references contains published information on the climate of Idaho and a few references on the Pacific Northwest.
While you are browsing the Web and copying from journals, it is a good idea to keep in mind that many of the materials that you are using are copyrighted. You cannot indiscriminantly copy or distribute what is not yours. Read this short article for some enlightenment.
